Exploring and playing new things with your chikitings is a fun way to keep them active and joyful. However, with fewer opportunities to get out and more time spent indoors, it can be difficult for your children to get more playtime and participate in fun activities. In “HappinaBahay, HappinaBuhay: 99+ Ways to Grow Happy at Home,” Nestogrow 4 recently conducted a fun and meaningful virtual event to help mommies discover some important insights and suggestions on how to make their kids grow happy.

Participants got to learn about many ways parents support their chikitings have better emotional health, enhanced interpersonal skills, secure connections, and close connection, all while choosing the best nutrition partner, from celebrities and influencer mommies like Judy Ann Santos Agoncillo, Chynna Ortaleza Cipriano, Aileen Iwamoto, Janice Lizardo, Ciara Magallanes, and Grace Maullion.

The event’s guest expert, Dr. Jennifer Olay, started with the importance of eating well and how it supports your child’s healthy growth and development. “It is very important to give an adequate and balanced diet. Syempre dapat wasto at sapat ang hinahain nating pagkain sa ating mga chikiting,” said Dr. Olay. She also explained the basic food groups, Go, Glow, and Grow, the importance of having age-appropriate milk included in chikitings’ meals, and how everything starts with a healthy tiyan adding that “almost 80% of anti-body producing cells comes from the gut.” So when they feel right, they can enjoy other ways to #GrowHappy! “Bilang mommies kailangan po natin i-check kung may probiotics ba yung gatas na binibigay natin because it contributes to a healthy tummy,” Dr. Olay added.

Mommies and their #GrowHappy chikitings were also treated to meaningful storytelling about a girl named Joy and her mom, Joan. Titled, “May mga paru-paro sa tiyan ko”, the story focuses on how Joy feels a fluttering sensation, represented by multiple butterflies in her stomach, and the adventures she and her parents did around the house to cope with it. The more fun activities they did together, the fewer butterflies Joy felt in her tummy.

This part of the event really made mommies realize how they can make their chikitings happy through warm and caring interactions, fun physical activities, proper sleep, nurturing environment, and a balanced diet. Happiness starts from our homes and while it requires us to have more intentional and mindful interactions with the kids, it also teaches us to be open to transformations and always strive to be our best.

Speaking of transformations! Nestogrow 4 also unveiled its newest packaging during the event!

Aside from it’s new look, Nestogrow 4 is proud to be the only growing up milk with COMFORTIS GROW, which is a unique combination of L.Comfortis probiotic, magnesium, calcium, special fat blend with calcium friendly fatty acids, and 100% lactose, that helps in the nutrient absorption in the tummies of chikitings so they grow happy and healthy,

This get-together with Nestogrow 4 and other moms, according to celebrity mom Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo, served as a great reminder for parents that it’s acceptable to not be okay, but it’s a choice to choose happiness. “Laging tandaan, the first step to growing up happy ay nagsisimula sa kumpletong NutriTYAN papunta sa puso at sa isip. Ang chikiting na happy ang tummy ay happy ang puso at laging handa ang isip para matuto at harapin ang kahit na anong klaseng challenges ng buhay,” she added. After all, providing a pleasant, healthy upbringing for your children may set them up for future success!
