Every Saturday evening, Plunge Bar hosts Grill & Rhythm, a relaxed al fresco dining experience that pairs freshly grilled favourites with live acoustic performances.
At the heart of the menu is Executive Chef Christopher Lugtu, whose approach to cooking is rooted in generous flavours, quality ingredients, and dishes that naturally bring people together.
“Great food doesn’t need to be complicated,” says Chef Christopher. “The inspiration behind Grill & Rhythm was simple—to create a menu that people would enjoy sharing. Whether it’s perfectly grilled meats, fresh seafood, or familiar Filipino favourites, every dish is prepared with the hope that guests leave not only satisfied, but with memories of time well spent around the table.”
Guests can mix and match from a selection of grilled skewers, premium sausages, seafood, bourbon ribs, and Filipino classics including pork barbecue, chicken inasal, pork belly, and stuffed squid. Each order includes a choice of side dishes, allowing diners to create a meal that suits their taste.
Available every Saturday from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Grill & Rhythm starts at ₱700 nett, with additional skewers and sides available for sharing.

On the last Saturday of every month, the atmosphere takes on a livelier rhythm with Sip ‘n Splash, Plunge Bar’s signature poolside evening.
