Live national final rounds to be held October 11 and 12 at Ayala Malls Manila Bay 

The top 40 racers who will compete in the quarterfinals of Toyota Motor Philippines’ (TMP) flagship sim racing championship, the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing eSports GT Championship 2025, have been revealed.

Over 250 competitors from all over the nation used the Toyota Supra RZ’20 to record their fastest lap time around the Suzuka East Short Course on Gran Turismo 7. Only 40 participants from this group will move on to the quarterfinals, which will take place at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay on October 11.

The top 40 sim racers that will compete in the quarterfinals are listed below:

The Top 20 from the quarterfinals will head on to the semifinals on October 12. The Top 10 from the semifinals will then go head-to-head in the national finals later in the day, where the Philippine representatives for the TGR Asia eSports GT Championship will be decided.

Esports fans can look forward to thrilling races, as well as other activities such as the sim racing rigs, game booths, and original GR merchandise for sale.

There will also be car displays of the GR Yaris, GR Supra and GR 86, as well as the Vios one-make-race car (OMR) and Tamaraw OMR that were driven during the 2025 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Philippine Cup.

For a chance to fulfill their racing dreams, aspiring racers still have time to record their fastest lap time! The qualification time for Toyota Motor Philippines’ (TMP) sim racing competition, the TGR Philippines eSports GT Championship 2025, has been extended to September 28.

The Top 40 qualifiers will advance to the quarterfinals, which will take place on October 11 at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay. On October 12, the national finals and semifinals will take place the following day.

Winners will bring home cash prizes, original GR merchandise, and a chance to participate in the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Academy. The Top 3 winners will also have the honor of representing the Philippines at the TGR eSports GT Championship Asia Finals in Thailand in November.

The Tamaraw ambassador shares his ‘Abante, Posible’ stories with Kagay-anon MSME owners

Kagay-anons, who had been anticipating the well-known actor’s arrival, erupted in drumbeats and yells of delight as Coco Martin appeared at the Toyota store in Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro.

As part of the nationwide Tamaraw caravan orchestrated by Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) and its partner dealers, Coco Martin, brand ambassador for Next Generation Tamaraw, paid a visit to Toyota Cagayan de Oro (TCO) during CDO’s Higalaay celebrations. At his first provincial tour, CDO, Coco had the opportunity to meet and greet Next Generation Toyota Tamaraw customers, who respect function, cost-effectiveness, and hard work in their pursuit of improving their communities.
