Subway has managed to provide secure and smooth online transactions with their helpful chatbot Messenger A.I., “BOTTY,” despite the latest lockout restrictions in the NCR!
Customers can still order the Daily Favorites online for delivery through Facebook Messenger and enjoy them in the comfort of their own homes. Alternatively, they will save time in line by getting their order picked up. They just need to follow these five easy steps:
- GO TO THE MESSENGER APPLICATION AND OPEN IT.
- CHOOSE whether you want your order to be picked up or delivered.
- CHOOSE a location.
- PLACE YOUR ORDER and select from a variety of freshly prepared subs.
- PAY with a Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card, a PayMaya Card, or cash when paying online.
If they’ve determined what they want, BOTTY will send them a message summarizing their orders and the total amount due.
Customers will be given an order number and kept up to date on the status of their transaction by BOTTY via messenger. Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready for delivery. You’re ready to go once you’ve settled the bill.
