Me, I love my alone time and doing things with the people that I love. When I feel a little burned out, I fill my cup by doing the things that I love. That can be a bit of painting, reading, spending time with my loved ones, and now, I’m attempting to do pickleball,” Catriona says.
More than self-care, travel goals are also at the top of most people’s yearly resolutions. Social media personality David Guison is aiming for more travels this year as they inspire him to create more content. David has positive tips about owning one’s goals for the new year, advising that “As early as January, write your goals in a planner or even just your notes app to manifest them. I did this last year and I achieved those goals! But remember that those goals won’t work if you don’t do the work [to achieve them].”
